Terms of service

Effective November 6, 2026. StormMarker is an experimental business reporting tool offered by Guiding Dawn Web. By creating an account, you agree to use it lawfully and not rely on it for emergency decisions or as proof of property damage.

Weather data limitations

Storm reports are preliminary, incomplete, subject to revision, and may contain approximate coordinates, delayed events, or incorrect magnitudes. A nearby report does not establish property damage. StormMarker is not an official National Weather Service service, a safety warning service, or an insurance loss verification service.

Account and email

You must have authority to use the email supplied. Alerts are optional, may be delayed or missed, and can be paused in your dashboard. Do not use the service for unsolicited outreach, harassment, or deceptive claims about storm damage.

Pilot pricing

Pilot access is not a paid subscription. Proposed pricing of $19 per month is informational. You will not be charged without completing a separate checkout that clearly discloses the charge.

Availability

We may suspend the pilot, limit usage, update data, or change features. The service is provided as available without a guarantee of continuous operation, reporting speed, coverage, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
